@XtonyXgray ive always been as dumb as bricks logically like math. but herb has helped me with everything and my depression and enxiety dissorder, my sleeping problems, it calms me out, and helps me write music like what canny420 said. no bad effects at all besides a small headaches if i forget about smoking em stemss. otherwise it has been all positive and no downsides for me
