@simplelivingskills If he's that hungry, the cat tails that he was tromping over to get to the turtle are edible..just a thought lol...then again, I don't think they have much protein if any lol

What's with all of the smartass comments? This guy isn't the brightest crayon in the box, but he seems like a decent enough human being and happens to have developed a skill so well over the years that it's almost become an art for him. He's a little bit crazy and a lot bit of a stereotype, but he isn't harming anyone. He is feeding his family and those who buy the meat a wild, natural food food that's probably much better for them and the environment thank McDonalds.

i cant believe hes got all of his digits. Those turtles are as mean as an animal can get, quicker than hell; they can spring 3 feet (I've seen this personally). Nasty nasty customers Snappers. They can also be a real pest on farm ponds and such. They kill waterfowl and fish stocks for fun. Seriously.
