I admit this video is kinda lame, but I created it for my daughter who is in her first trimester of pregnancy. She is a young soon to be mom and wanted some tips on how to shop wisely and healthy. I will be uploading more videos every now and then on what types of foods are healthy to eat especially during pregnancy and my way of preparing and cooking the meals.
*Note: I am obviously not a professional nutritional adviser or dietitian, just a mom with some nifty tips and wanted to share the love. ;)
