While he was tasing B.B., Deputy David Bowers threatened to sodomize B.B. As a result of this repeated and excessive tasing, B.B. urinated and defecated himself.As Z.P. was being repeatedly tased, [17-year-old] Megan Geisler pleaded with Deputy David Bowers and Deputy Lonnie Lawler to stop. Bowers lifted Megan Geisler off the ground, pressed her against a wall and choked her. While choking her, Deputy David Bowers said, do you want to live or die bitch.

I posted the link to the video. I thought the news did a horrible job of covering the victim's statements. The victims should of been the ones interviewed by the news media, not the chief of police that said this is "company policy".

Taser a kid for being a kid?...In a children's home cause either A the kid got stolen from his parents from dcfs for no reason or B there really was a good enough reason to remove the child...and the poor kid isn't with his real family so "I'm a big bad ass cop ill just Taser a 12 yo for having a mouth on him...Even tho parents cannot spank there kids hence why the child is in dcfs custody in the first place for ABUSE...Wtf is wrong with the cops? and they wonder why people shoot them!
