Cleaning bumps when their red & swollen by washing head with safeguard antibacterial soap then applying tea tree oil has been working for me. Also cleaning with alcohol if area is dirty before applying second application.

I had bumps on the back of my head but their gone just get a towel dip in boiling hot water to open the pores let it sit for about 3-4 min the get some tea tree oil soap and lather it up and let it sit over night also
Sleep with s rag on your head I swear this works
