South Asian dance, martial arts forms and craft are increasingly recognised as a huge resource for dancers, theatre practitioners and visual artists working across disciplines.

Kria in Kerala: A collaboration with experienced local artists to promote
the practice and appreciation of movement and arts, to serve as a foundation and a springboard for many kinds of creative expression. This programme is aimed to stimulate the mind and body and suits both the beginner and the most experienced practitioners of yoga, visual and performing arts.

Kria runs regular classes in London and in Pynkulam, Kerala.
