As a gift for the downstairs neighbors' daughter, I put together a deep dish pizza using the methods known to pizza lovers: pizza dough made using the no-knead method, and baked in a cast iron skillet. I shot this video on an iPod Touch, and this is my first time using the YouTube Video Editor, so please excuse the mediocre quality of the video. The exact recipe can be found on my Web site at: http://www.modemac.com/cgi-bin/wiki.pl/Cast_Iron_Deep_Dish_Pizza And if you enjoy cooking with cast iron pots and pans, be sure to visit and like the Cast Iron Cooking group on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/castironcooking
@awsczxfr Divorced, actually. It's like you deduced it from the single clue, Sherlock Holmes style. On the other hand, I *highly* recommend welding gloves for anyone who cooks with hot metal pans on a regular basis -- $15 at Home Depot and worth every penny.
