As a gift for the downstairs neighbors' daughter, I put together a deep dish pizza using the methods known to pizza lovers: pizza dough made using the no-knead method, and baked in a cast iron skillet. I shot this video on an iPod Touch, and this is my first time using the YouTube Video Editor, so please excuse the mediocre quality of the video.
