3Ds Max WoW hybrid machinima

This is my first hybrid machinima featuring Dratoes which was completed over a period of three days. I am not particularly happy with the glove textures of Dratoes as it 3ds max seems to have not rendered them out properly.

Using Wow Model viewer I exported Dratoes as a milkshape file. In malkshape I exported Dratoes as a 3ds max file. In 3ds max Dratoes was riged onto a biped to allow animations to be done. I then created and environment for Dratoes and then animated a camera for exotic views. Once rendered out of 3ds max I imported the avi file into AE. In AE I applied various colour corrections, blood, fire and with the aid of motion track added lense flares to sync with the movement of Dratoes head.

Well done! :) Did you make the fire in 3DS max or is it stockfootage you got somehwere?

@jergen07 Fire came from the Action Essentials 2 package from Video Copilot. The fire was added to the rendered 3ds footage in After Effects CS3.
