Hmm... I would have figured Crow would be Vladamir and Tom would be Estragon. Brain Guy could be Lucky and obviously Pearl would be the abusive Pozzo. They could even use Brain Guy's brain instead of the hat when they make Lucky "think". As for the messenger boy, I think they should have brought back TV's Frank just for that role.
