I run an open mic (so they can't kick me!) in Claremont (LA County) and I use my Electribe or DS or something every week!
It's tough to be an electronic musician at an accoustic rock oriented event, but DONT GIVE UP! Show the unique things you can do

I did that at my last gig for my last song i connected a shit load of cables together went in to the crowd with my kp3 and started looping the shit out of my music XD the return was crap at that club so i had go in front of the main speakers to be able to hear what was comin out of the kaospad i found it wicked "mixing" in with the ravers
