Could u use this same technique for video using a dslr, I have the 7d & 60d but I shoot video only but I would love to take photo techniques n apply them...can I?

@bodytemple i know it is possible to do with some cameras but i'm not sure which ones, you will have to ask a popular website that converts dslrs into ir dslrs

Do these filters produce the same colours found in the video or is it something you did in photoshop?

@135PHOTOGRAPHY Some cameras have the ability to capture the blue/white right in camera in JPEG mode, but most of the time you will have to take the pics in RAW mode and change the White Balance later using an adobe product such as lightroom or photoshop
