Emerald City Design - Samsung Blackjack

Continuing our highly rewarding mutual collaboration with C4, Telstra 'Samsung Blackjack' takes this relationship to new heights, entirely in 3D!

The launch commercial in Australia of the Samsung Blackjack mobile phone, through Telstra, provided Emerald City with the opportunity to design, build, animate and direct the entire project.

Being involved in this concept from its inception, and designing and directing in-house is what Emerald City relishes most.

The challenge here was to design a piece entirely in 3D that demonstrated the phones multiple functions through a powerful soundtrack and a dynamic 3D juggling act.

Creating the juggler, his hands, the phone and the environment completely in 3D gave unparalleled control during the production process that resulted in a truly compelling, memorable commercial.
