@ms1454 Hmm you should probably ask wrestlers like Shane Carwin, Cain Velasquez, Gray Mayndard, Randy Couture, Phil Davis, Rashad Evans, Dan Henderson, Chael Sonnen and Fankie Edgar that question. Hmm it seems that two of the belts are held by wrestlers. The #1 lightweight contender is a wrestler and the previous heavyweight champ was also a wrestler. And the last person to push Anderson Silva (was winning) was a wrestler.

It is very painful to watch pure grapple rs do mma because they have not stand up and since they dont, it is very dangerous for them.
