    Obama is president of america which is mostly white. None the less I have always believed that counties belong to the people not to the rulers. In any country if the people decide to take up arms they would greatly overwhelm their rulers. That's why rulers tend to do what the majority wants however the majority of people in general are morons hence why governments are always incompetent.
