Provie & Bernease"s Living Raw Food Recipe Challenge: Turnip & Carrot Noodles with Thai sauce

LOOOVE it!

1/2 largeTurnip (shaved thinly)
2 carrots (shaved thinly)
1 tsp tajin seasonings (dehydrated chilli pepper, lime and salt)
Massage well to bring out juices

Sauce
curry powder
chilli powder
black pepper
minced ginger
minced garlic
2-3 tbsp raw almond butter
2-3 tbsp raw peanut butter
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup pear pulp (used goya, but you can make your own--just add some agave to sweeten)
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp parsley
sea salt to taste

i hope i didn't leave anything out!

Provie, that wax is crazy..I don't like it. I know why they do it. but ugh! And this is sooo good. I love Thai food and finding ways to make it raw is a lot of fun. I know you will kill it...when you start dipping into the asian inspired cuisine. Come on try it...so good!

Zera I have been seeing that on jicama! That wax ran me outta the store one day ( well a fast walk)! Girl that "on the fly " food looks like it needed to be on my plate! I have not delved into thai cuisine yet but keep it coming Zera you have my interest piqued! This looked really good!
