What you bought, I suspect, is very hot 9mm smg ammo with really hard primers. Western Europe was never short of such weapons. Extensive shooting of that stuff will shorten the service lives of your handguns, but then, you would already know that.

Those are definitely not for extensive shooting, the unreliable primers alone would make that seem like a bad idea. I got that batch for cheap and it was more of a just-for-fun experiment, to see how such old ammo would perform.

nice shooting range. i have a question, im a rifle guy and im starting to use pistols, do i have to use gloves for the pistols?

No, you don't have to. Some grips and some calibers are more comfortable to shoot with gloves but they normally do not affect the shooting performance. Safety glasses are more relevant, which I occasionally forget to take with me...
