Playa del Ingles 2007 - Drug use

Been to Playa del Ingles this year. It seems the local population loves the use of drugs.
We came across this guy when going home and some people were trying to help him to get up the stairs.
A few days later is saw him in a club again... And ofcourse totally out of his mind again :D
