Hi. I've been seeing a dr that I was sent to because of low blood count and loss of weight. I found out on thursday after almost a year and a half I asked him and he said I have a touch of lupus. Apparently right now it's mild so it's ok. Basically the only thing I have right now is hair falls out and joint trouble and tiredness. I still have the weight off of me I lost. Sometimes I don't feel like eating much.. esp lately. I also had a fever recently.. :o I'm sorry what you've been through. Tc

I think Dr's don't think of Lupus because it's not common in boys or men. Actually I had a copper colored rash, fatigue & joint pain way before I was diagnosed several yrs later after developing lupus nephritis after having my son. I believe I had lupus in my teens because I had blood & protein in my urine & joint pain
