The Mexican hot chocolate I used to drink was called Ybarra. You're right...so much better than regular hot chocolate. Rocky...if you still would like a package of chile powder from Northern New Mexico, please send me your postal address privately. I use this on just about any meat I cook. Adds so much flavor. It's a "ma and pa" product from a local shop.
