Day 1 was the one on one workout from Tony Horton called Thirty Fifteen.

30 pushups - 15 pull ups. 24 exercises over an hour!

Tony's One on One program is awesome. Two Volumes. A variety of workout's ranging from resistance training, plyo legs, yoga, core ball training, everything. something for everyone and can create a great program from it.
