This is a lie. Black Americans have no "tribal" culture because they do not practice African native cultures in the US and haven't done so for decades.

Black people cannot practice a culture they know nothing about.

If IQ isn't the only determinant of worth, why do you insist on spreading racist lies about lower IQs of black people? Either IQ counts as the factor of cultural advancement or it doesn't.

White people today are enjoying the fruits of tmassive robbery their ancestors committed for hundred years. Developemnt takes place when your basic needs are met and you have time and resources to do other things. Also all advancement in the west came from the invention and discovery of asian people. From governance to warfare technology, west borrowed from the east. It is only in the last five hundred years that the west overtook the east. But no more.

Black Africans, regardless of social environment, has an average IQ that is incredibly lower than the other races of man.

East Asiatics and Ashkenazi Jews have higher IQs than the rest of the races of man, but their cultures are less advanced in almost all ways when compared to Europe. Is race important? Of course, IQ is not the main factor when determining one's worth in society. White Europeans are Nature's most productive and creative species, without a doubt, and only 8% of the population.

It's because Jews and orientals have a strong family unit and emphasize education to their kids because that is the only way out of oppression and poverty. American blacks lack a strong family unit in part because of slavery but also because you are acting "white" if you're educated and speak well. This mindset keeps the cycle of uneducated people going. They're "keeping it real"... yeah..keeping it real DUMB!!!

Ummmm, I am more curious about the gap between non-Jews and Jews. Why are Jews and Orientals smarter than Europeans? Worse still is that Jews and Orientals cant be said to have developed "Western Civilization". W.C, is after all, the reaction of the Greeks to the civilizations of Middle Easterners, including north White Africans from the Nile valley. This is a far better problem than why marginalized quasi-blacks are not as smart as anglosaxonized ex-lower-class-European descendants in America.

Culture. It makes a difference. The argument isn't that blacks are less intelligent, but the culture they have disrupts intellectual achievement by idolizing tribal ideals like territory, reputation, and infallibility. Have you ever tried to teach "ethnically diverse" students websnarf? A daunting task it is. It's not because the teachers are bad, it's because the students are incorrigible. This is a tribal mentality adapting to an advanced culture. It's not about color, it's about culture.
