Caution --- Research before admiring and supporting people, public and private organizations - some take shortcuts especially Human Resources and how they give impressions of doing what is best for the business - by conducting questionable Grievance Procedures and some who find ways to ignore Alternate Dispute Resolutions also known as Mediation.

I used to work for Inter-Con at the Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Panorama City California, with Securitas at the Olive View-UCLA Medical Center in Sylmar California, and then Secure Net Protections in Burbank California.
I admitted mistakes, but some toxic people made life harder than necessary.
We need a credible ombudsman to ensure decent grievance procedures.
