I have issues with my lower body..I used to use heavy weights but seems like it never mattered. I just started zumba..the toning part is amazing!! Lots of squats using only your own body. Just started a week ago. Started visalus 2 months ago so I'm going to see what that combo does for me.

you should try doing the Brazil Butt Lift program from beachbody for your bottom half since you dont like it. Maybe do that plus your regular cardio like the treadmill. I honestly think you look great though and you are soooo pretty!
