I don't mean to sound too bad, but one of the rules that pretty much all experienced stand ups follow, is that you should never react instantly to the heckler. As that makes you look nervous, and desperate.
And to be honest, when he reacts to the heckler, he does come across (to me certainly) as being desperate to take the hecklers lines and twist them, like he does with the bus line and bollocks line.
