  • oh and ind,is n.w.o testing ground thay always try things out on ind, citizens first before thay do it to the rest of us. last state i would ever want to live in

  • ind.is not country come to southwest va or southeastern ky or north west nc,that is country liveing my friend. that i beleave is called a rundown farm house, that prob has been in a flood or something if any one buys this take in to fact that your in twister country,if you want country come to the appy mountains its the best keept place on this earth and that is the gospel truth

  • is this property still up for sale??

  • @jjjjjjsungodjjjjj "Off the Grid" literally means that you aren't tied-in to electrical and water grids. You're thinking of "squatting". And what's up with calling this guy a pig? Also, if you use punctuation, it's easier to read your comments... even if the content is nonsensical.

  • My ideal country home...plenty of room here and can make it the way I want it as I am doing repairs.I would probably tear down that brick structure and reuse the materials, mostly the brick, to build an underground root cellar. Lots of possibilities with this place if eyes are open enough to see them.

  • WTF is this garbage? You're acting like spending $11k on that is an awesome deal... If you want some more "deals" like that, come to Detroit.

  • @plaugewolf - So, instead, you're going to take someone else's land?

  • It's not about what it is. It's about what it can be and for $11K I can do a whole lot with it. You'll be starting from scratch, but you can make it so beautiful in the house and really work the land.

  • It does not look worse than some rentals i have seen, There are some folks with a half an acre and grow a lot of food. Don't listen to all the haters and do what you want. It is not what you have that matters, it is what you do with it that matters. Check out dervaes channel here on you tube. You will see how much they did in the city with a lot less land. The Dervaes family can do it, so can you. Good luck and God bless.

  • @plaugewolf Thats the only way to do it but has to be really remote with good game and at least a good potato soil =P
