I'm actually far from elitist & I realized how that last line read so I removed it. It's an OOPS moment.

I see mass consciousness as a low vibrating energy field & I don't hang out in that field. BUT, I've never thought myself better/"elite". I don't think of Masters as better than anyone either, so certainly not me.

Jesus, Yogananda, Dr King, Muhammad, Amma, Lao Tzu, Marley on&on ... All One, All Equal.

notice that there is always a flute in the meditation tunes....the flute is so magical and soothing to the soul.....why the pied piper used it to lure.....zone girl

How do you know which brainwaves are stimulated?? And what does it do when those brainwaves are stimulated? I was finding myself just staring and feeling like my limbs were heavy. Almost a hypnotic effect. Weird, but I like it.
