Angel - Special Appeal - RSPCA Chesterfield & North Derbyshire Branch

Older dogs have their advantages as they are well past the naughty puppy stages, but they still have that lovely spirit that all dogs have! Angel is a very friendly German Shepherd cross who will make a great companion, in the right home. She is very stressed in kennels and becomes agitated and boisterous. She will need someone who can help channel her energy into something positive. Plenty of exercise and mental stimulation will help her immensely. An indoor crate would be a great idea to help her settle and will help to train her. She would be best placed as an only dog at first so that her new owners can give her the time and commitment she will need. We feel that when Angel gets a new home and gets out of the kennels she will be much calmer. She is an enormously friendly dog and will make a fantastic companion for someone willing to help her.
