I think Walt Disney understood the child's mindset enough to know that most children simply don't see the undertones. As a child seeing these Three Little Pigs cartoons, I never actually noticed that Fife and Fiddler are nude below the waist and frequently (and innocently) flashing their bottoms; it's simply an animated portrayal of immaturity, childish naïvety and, importantly, childhood innocence.
