About Mr. Hisashi and his talent, I think you're right. I still think he's a bit of a genius, but there's no doubt, he worked hard to become this good. :)

@CgirlDK "Do" is plural, but you used "man" as the subject, which is singular. It should have been "does". I'm not sure why that person got ticked off about it, it's not such a bad error.
Anyway, it may sound a bit mechanical, but as an aspiring musician myself, I think Mr. Hisaishi probably just learned to compose through hard work and no small amount of talent. The result is nothing short of stunning.
(The harp needs more parts, though....)

@PeterPianoXiong It was mentioned in a documentary of the creation of the movie that they really struggled at that exact point in the score to add just the right emotional touch. It took many tries, until they came up with perfect the buildup and release. I'm glad they kept at it!
