Calgary Police SWAT Suburban / Armoured Truck

Video of Calgary Police's Tactical Team (SWAT) Unmarked Suburban blocking traffic while the Armoured Truck backs out of the downtown police station. I was hoping for a response when I saw they both had lights activated, but no luck. Still an amazing catch in my eyes! Taken on November 1, 2011

Very nice! Saw this unit a few weeks ago. Cam was not ready....

@busrailfan That was the first time I've seen them on the street and actually left with pictures. Every other time I seen them I either can't get a picture/ video or it's an event.

@AutomatedRigTech I don't know the technical specs for it, or what the model is, but based off pictures of a "stock" XV it appears this could be a specialized version of it, yes.

Its an Armet Balkan. I have seen them 3-4 times, once on 52nd and 2-3 near Finning.

I hope to be part of the Tac-Team one day. They've been in my house before (My neighbor was arrested because of a bomb threat at Co-op, not charged)
