Marilla - 3416 Blood Rd - 2 Alarm Structure Fire

Marilla Firefighters responded this afternoon for a report of a structure fire on E Blood Rd. Wales Center 9-1 went on location reporting a working fire & Marilla 9-2 reported heavy smoke showing from the 2nd floor. Marilla 9 requested the 2nd alarm to the scene. An interior attack was attempted but command reported the 2 1/2 story dwelling fully involved with a collapse imminent. Mutual aid companies were Wales Center, Jamison Road, Sheldon, Harris Corners, Strykersville, Cowlesville, North Java, Bennington, Arcade, Varysburg, Holland (fill in @ Strykersville), Spring Brook (fill in @ Jamison Road), East Aurora (fill in @ Wales Center), & Elma (fill in @ Marilla). The fire was under control in 107 minutes.
