Acctually,SEGA of Japan and SEGA of America have different scripts.
SoJ gives SoA a basic layout of what's happening in the cutscene,but SoA has to make up things for the characters to say.That's why the subtitles don't match up.

Well that's plainly obvious. I'm pretty sure everyone figured out that "EEEEEEEEEEE" doesn't translate to "Look out below!"
