you ever seen a car with chrome wheels --with so much tourque that it spins the chrom right off the rim in strips~!? when i was a kid my uncle had a 39 chevy coupe gasser and was street legal and it scared the living shit out of me--he taped a 100$ bill on the dash and told me i could have it if i could reach it in between the gears~! i never could~!

grow up man nitrous isn't for cowards or people who dont have skill, seriously it takes just as much knowledge to build a serious nitrous motor than an N/A, and anyone who's ever known anything about preformace vehicles will tell you the same.

i sold that car last year,,,it was running a mild motor and still ran low 12's.. but no never won any races, i always got just about to the end of the quater mile mark then hit the brakes that way the slow cars would win lol

Hey tiresmoke, nice 55- How many seconds did it do in the 1/4 when you smoked that clown 2 weeks later? It's all about the launch,OH YEAH! I have a 10 second Monza that I'll break in next year. I can't wait.

That week i was breaking in the motor a bit,, still working the bugs out,, it went mid 12s,, the car runs, 11.40s now... I like the monza's, there good looking and light,, headers for them cost out the you know what tho lol... have a good one.

I hear ya,,, i was runnig my exhaust that day, also haveing a bit of carb trouble.... never the less the Trans Am was using a 200 shot of NOS, I did get him a few weeks after that though, tuff car to beat lol.
