This video the vortex keeps spewing stuff out and I have to wait 20+ minutes for it to stop.

My creature does stuff by himself and gets himself killed. Nemesis causes problems for me and kills some Japanese people.

I find a bear that pooping all over the forest and making a bad smell, which unlocks the brown bear creature.

I build some wonders and do a wolf puzzle and unlock the Lion creature.

You seem to have forgotten the treasure chest that appeared when you completed the bear Creature side-quest. Unless you picked it up during one of the cuts.
