Om is Brahman, Om the sound of creation, preservation, and destruction. It starts at the back of the throat were all language starts. Moves to the middle where language is maintained. Stops with the closing of the mouth, where language is ended. The silence is enlightenment. The unattainable through the veil of illusion we surround ourselves with. Yes this is all true but don't ever play with OM, it's a very powerful mantra and must be pronounced with absolute concentration, meaning and clearness of mind...GOD bless you.
