if i could argue, for a sprint training, not tennis..this is what i would do
first of all, cut endurance. Your not gonna need to jog 20min in a race so why do it?
speed endurance is ok but don't make it too dificult or you could overtrain the athlete
strength reps and sets depends what your working at, pre season, go all strength more of a powerlifting routine..mid season do 3x10, and post season start to work it back up

except we left every minute I think it was.
and I was running the 100s in like 20s...I thought I would die.

Actually he travels around with like 10 conditioning people. Its ridic how many people he can employ for pretty much the same job. (slight exaggeration)

He is a tennis player. Tennis players dont have good running form. Its just what happens after playing tennis all your life.

Holy shit i did a variation of this, 5 sprints 20-30 in between. Literally wanted to die after. This is a tough barrier test that seperates the best athletes.

It's called HIIT, look it up. Murray travels with a professional conditioning coach so I doubt it was misinformed.

Tough workout, but to be fair they aren't sprinting all out. Watching the kid in the video was killing me. That coach needs to teach him some basic form before he lets him on another track.
