On April 24, 2010, at 10:25PM, the landscape of my hometown was changed forever by an estimated EF3 tornado. Here are a few scenes of the devastation the storm left in it's wake.

Thankfully, my house was spared and all of my family is ok.

I have linked this video to my "Home" video to show the stark contrast in scenery through the area.

  • When you're first watching the video, you think its a waste of time. But you're wrong.

  • At 8:34-8:35 was our garage, we got the cars out before the tornado.

  • It took all of the trees with it. O.o

  • it almost hit my hous eglad it didnt

  • This just shows how Pitch black that night was. The road in the beginning of this video is usually fully lit without a single dark spot. Usually, the whole area around that street is lit fairly well. And yet that night, it was just pitch black.

  • Finally some coverage of the devastation in the area. The mainstream media couldnt give 2 shits about small towns and micropolitans like this. within 2 days after this, the news pretty much quit airing anything on it.

  • @jazzyjzay1 Yes! They did do an awesome job! It looks just as it did before, only better!
