This is one basic drill I used to develop my speed bag drills. I like standing on a tore when I do the speed bag because it helps me use my legs and keep my body moving. I think that it is easy to learn the bag with this drill and a great place to start. I have seen many good explanations of speed bag. I tried to keep this quick and simple. Speed bag training can develop hand speed for punching. But think it is great for understanding timing.
