i actually think the video is fake. if you go on Wikipedia it says the filnaker sometimes used ice cream or choc instead of the real thing, coz the actors didnt want real thing. if u look at the arse there is no clenching of muscles so i say it is photoshopped.

@psychelatte I don't think there's any fancy stuff other than editing and the use of something like ice cream or smashed up candy bars. At the time I'd never seen anything like it and the idea of having something come out of someone's ass and into the mouth made me seriously wanna throw up, but even back then I was guessing it had to be ice cream.
