  • Thank you! After breaking my elbow a couple years ago, I have been irrationally afraid of crow (something about the position reminds me of how I broke it). Your suggestions of finding balance with a block for your head helped me deal with that fear and get my feet off the ground (literally!). Really loving all these videos!
