i work at gamestop and i still agree with this whole thing. . .. where has true gaming gone

not but an hour ago i went to a lamestop and got Mass effect. now i looked up online and every other store had it priced at 20$. i payed 27$ at Lamestop. not only that but i didn't even get it in its original casing. like foamy said it had been opened and fucked with. i get it home open it up to find a few slight scratches. i was pissed but i thought "if it works then so what". i put in my xbox and it said "disc unreadable"..... FUCK YOU GAMESTOP! i mean LAMESTOP!

Is there a rant about psp umd discs? Thouse things are annoying. Especially when you buy a used one and later find out it's casing is a bit broke and it's no longer tradable. So you payed 20 pounds for a game you will never trade in once you done with it

But cash generator is the best. Got Bully schoolarship adition for 5 pounds when everywhere else it costs 25pounds

Thats why I mostly buy new games when they come out in gamestation. For two games trade in you get extra 5 pounds.

@Rigicai05 I scored a used copy of pokemon diamond for 2$ off ebay a few months after launch of the game. It did not have the sticker so no one else bid on it. I didn't care myself because all i cared about was the gameplay. Besides a lack of the sticker on the cart it was in brand new condition. This was a week after my brother just paid 34.99 his copy new. Keep an eye out for carts without the label because the usually sell for dirt cheap. check seller feedback first of course.

@SupaKoopaKid64 well, I don't really care. I do agree with u on the case thing, though. In few occasions I get my games in the original case design. I don't like this. Its bad enough they give a price tag with the logo on it. But now they put it in a special case with the company's logo on it. As if u don't know where u got it from already. STUPID!!!!

this is why you do all your shopping online... chances are, you'll find your stuff not only cheaper, but in better condition... oh, and, of course, no sale taxes, which makes up for shipping costs.

I remember buying a used game from there, then it said "Disc unreadable".Then I went back to the store and said it didn't work, so they gave me another used one. Which also didn't work. PEOPLE ONLY SELL THEIR USED GAMES TO GAMESTOP BECAUSE THEY DON'T WORK!!! Otherwise they would sell it to a friend for $20 instead of the $5 they get at gamestop.

@keatsuki All the used game places always overcharge for used pokemon titles. who would pay 35.99 for a used copy of a GBA pokemon game? They are not rare game carts.
