La Bamboche is the home of French/Japanese fusion pastries and sweet treats in Toronto. Originally a French cuisinier, Chef/Co-owner Stephen Nason started his patisserie training in Tokyo, Japan.

  • I just made macarons a few hours ago for the first time- he makes it look so effortless. I made pistachio chocolate, and they are just fine but I'm sure his are much more on the divine side. The cravings are starting! :)
