The fabulous Santogold, live instore at Zavvi, Oxford Street, London on 11 May 2008.

Songs included here are "L.E.S Artistes" and "Shove It", both featured on debut album, "Santogold".

The gentlemen of the press were still about their business during L.E.S Artistes but were, thankfully, absent for Shove It!

The bass was very, very loud!

I don't think it's the mic.. I think the sound is just too loud for the camera's input so it's distorting.

I'm a little disappointed to learn this group just sings with backing tracks, but the song is still pretty darn good.

That's correct. The volume, especially the bass, was just too loud for my camera!

Santi played these promo shows with just her backup singers/dancers and her DJ, Martelo. More recently she has been playing the festivals with a full band.
