Like finding a cool little cafe on a not-so-hidden street in a neighborhood you thought you knew like the back of your hand. And you order a cappuccino. The espresso is bitter but silky; the milk foam is rich and lusty and almost firm. You finish your drink, and at the bottom of the cup, there is a small village of espresso grounds. On your tongue, there are bitter-sweet essences of chocolate, coffee and cream. For me, that's MJB.
