I had Gokor out for a seminar in NY in the late 90's, he was a stand up great guy, very humble and his skills are off the charts.

Gokor does seminars in Europe.
I had the luck to train with him.
funny thing... i asked him about what he is thinkin while a match and he told me he dont think because thinkin makes you slow ;o)

WOW that is perfect technique! The same technique he taught in that video of him, he falls to the head and pulls in the direction of the pinky for the win. Amazing.

He looks like he'd still be pretty big without all that muscle. Maybe he took them and maybe he didn't. He definitely spent many hours in the gym regardless.
