I met Tara about three or four years ago in college and was absolutely blown away the first time I heard her sing. I have wanted to record with her ever since I started Songs With Friends and we finally got the chance to record a few songs this past week!

great vocal, great tune. how do you get your guitar to sound in one channel only just for some low and some of the high notes? i imagine that you have a second track and then set some kind of gate so only certain frequencies get through on it? isthat right?

@graycrom thank you! There is a second guitar track (panned right) where I am only playing the E A D and G strings at any given time (I completely leave out playing the B and E strings) and change my picking structure to get the layered sound of the low strings. No gate or any crazy recording tricks. Hope this answered your question! Thanks for watching :) - Jameson
