therne are no diffrences betwin vista configuration (even if there exists pro, house, family etc..) it's all the same thing. or you're using another windows that isn't vista or you're doing somethin' rong

just download an app,...
''create ringtones'' from ''app beast'' in the app store for maby $ 0.99.
it lets you convert download'd music on your iphone.
connect to app store and just put the file in your libary then on your i phone again as ringtone...

hihi, i got up to the stage where i created teh ringtone "playlist" thw ringtone is in m4r version and its playing on itunes, but i dont know why i cant add it to the ringtone "playlist." plz help, thanks

When I change to m4r it just becomes example.m4r.m4a
WHat am I doing wrong?

not sure. some vista computers may be different than others. might be a setting deep somewhere in the computer that doesnt allow complete file changes.. not sure, sorry!

Hi , on my iTunes when I'm going to edic the advanced section is not after store and when I click advanced I do not have the same thing that you have ! Someone know why ? Thank You !

itunes seems to have changed some things around, thanks for mentioning. but the same setting can be found under "preferences" then the "general" tab. then you click on the "import settings" button and then change it to AAC. hope you can find it and hope this helps.
