Tekken 2 - Alex

Now what do Alex and Roger both have in common? They have the same moves.
Well let me make this straight now he appears only in Tekken 2 and Tekken Tag Tournament, while Roger does and along Tekken 5(just a short bit.) I don't know if they miss this prehistoric fossil.
And I thought dinosaurs were always extinct... And I was really wondering what happened to this guy why he didn't appear in the next Tekken games, maybe since dinosaurs were extinct that is probably why he doesn't appear in Tekken 3.
