Okay, it seems like everyone knows now. xD
This song's also called "Wind" coincidentally, but it's by Juliana Schano. It's from FE: Thracia 776. I've never played the game before, but I have the songs from its soundtrack and this song was among the many. Isn't it beautiful? I figured that it fits Naruto the second I heard it. (And I was also wondering about the fact why the Naruto opening and endings suck so much, no offense =x)

for some reason, if anyone remembers a song by Juliana Schano for Fire Emblem Thracia 776, it would be Blowin' in the Wind. I don't see much people mentioning this song, personally i like this song over the other song she sang for FE5

At the time this video was made, I haven't played Thracia yet. But I managed to find a working ROM somewhere..(forgot where). I'll let you know once I remember. Though there's a translation patch glitch with the version I now, and for some reason, I can't get pass a particular chapter. =/
