Consider the time in rap history that this intro was written. Gangsta rap (NWA) was huge, and the intro was an over-the-top exaggeration of that particular style. Seemed to me at the time that the intro was totally mocking gangsta rap and its bravado. Based on this interview, Dres apparently had multiple intentions with this track.
